We are pleased to announce the formation of the June Leaf Art Foundation Inc. and the renaming of the June Leaf and Robert Frank Foundation to the Robert Frank Foundation.

The two foundations will exist separately, but are united in their commitment to preserving the legacies of each artist and properly distributing the artworks and contributions of June Leaf and Robert Frank, both individually and in recognition of their historic partnership.
